In fact the house was just south of Bells' Cottages, the forge was at the rear. It was later used by Harry Baldwin and demolished in 1935, replaced by Chandos Parade

In fact I wonder whether it was taken to celebrate the opening of Harrison's forge in 1897.

Is it just me or is the man standing centre picture with hands on hips Mr Hawkins the tax inspector from pic No. 5700.
