More likely the servants. The faces do not resemble the other pictures and the dress is less ornate. Where are the children?

Not so. Three gentlemen and two ladies appear in image no. 2401. Left of window arms folded (2401- second from right), centre of window leaning on elbow (third from left), right of window arms folded (fourth from right). Lady seated far left (standing far right) and lady seated far right (standing fourth from left).

The seated lady on the far right looks like my great aunt whose own great aunt worked as housekeeper for Edmond Crawshay up at Bensham Hall in Gateshead. She was a cousin of Mary Crawshay.
