Friern Barnet Library, Friern Barnet Road. This was designed by Middlesex County Council architect A T Curtis and opened on 23 March 1934. The Carnegie Trust donated £1140 towrds the total cost of £3782

My father used to take me to this library every week, 1947-1952, before our family came to Australia
